Alerding & Co. Litigation Support Services includes a comprehensive array of services for attorneys in areas where we are qualified. Our philosophy is to provide Litigation Support Services that are within our experience, expertise and training to attorneys who need a timely response and a “cradle to grave” approach toward the engagement.
Over the last 40 years, and since our inception in 1998, Alerding Litigation Support Services and its staff of professionals have provided a wide variety of support services to attorneys across the country. Although our primary experience has been in accountants legal liability and damage matters, we have also been engaged to provide support and expert witness testimony in liability issues, mediation/arbitration, forensics and a variety of other litigation areas.

With four partners and over 25 professional staff, we provide traditional audit, accounting, tax and consulting services to over 300 business and not-for-profit clients throughout Indiana and surrounding states. Included in our client base are business entities with over $300 Million in annual sales as well as the largest female membership organization in the world. The size and scope of our services has provided our partners and staff with experience and expertise in businesses of all kinds and sizes, including publicly-traded companies, institutional clients and smaller, privately-held businesses.

Working as an expert in a variety of different matters for the past 25 years, I was relieved and overjoyed with the change. Now it is time for the different states to get on board with making changes to their rules to accommodate this same type of change.
